The USHG Digital Wallet, developed in collaboration with Branch, offers users a modern solution for managing their finances through a digital bank account and debit card.

Key Features of the USHG Digital Wallet:

• Enhanced digital payment capabilities, allowing daily access to earned wages for those who opt-in.
• Opportunities to unlock exclusive offers at participating merchants, facilitating the accumulation of cash-back rewards.
• A versatile digital bank account that does not require a minimum balance, credit checks, or monthly fees.

*Banking services are provided by Evolve Bank & Trust, Member FDIC. The USHG Digital Wallet, powered by Branch, functions as a Mastercard debit card and account issued by Evolve Bank & Trust under a license from Mastercard, usable wherever Mastercard debit cards are accepted.

**Eligible employees who participate in the USHG Digital Wallet program can receive 51% of their tip payouts directly into their accounts as soon as available. Employees may also advance up to 51% of their earnings from shifts not eligible for tips, limited to $1,000 per pay period, via the On-Demand Pay feature. Access to early earnings prior to payday may be affected by various payroll deductions. Employees may not qualify for early access if less than 51% of their earnings are available post-deductions. By opting into the USHG Digital Wallet program, employees consent to receive specified tip and non-tip earnings through direct deposit into their wallets.
